In 1968, the company adopted its name from Angelo Bortolin, who carried on the work of his father Desiderio by managing the vineyards. Angelo is known for his courage and vision, continuing his father’s legacy and personally investing himself in the venture. In 1993, he welcomed his children Cristina, Paola, and Desiderio into the company.
